Lead the Repair Mould team to ensure moulds are repaired according to quality standards.
Organize work schedules and task assignments for team members.
Monitor and ensure the mould repair process runs efficiently and on time.
Ensure the proper use of repair tools and materials according to procedures.
Conduct quality inspections of moulds before returning them to production.
Provide training and guidance to new team members or those who need support.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments regarding mould repair requirements.
Identify production or quality issues related to moulds and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on team productivity, quality, and challenges.
Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education, preferably in a technical or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mould repair (preferably in a toy or plastic manufacturing environment).
Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
Good understanding of mould repair processes and quality standards.
Strong communication skills.
