Polishing Technician

Location: GFT INDONESIA
Department: Mould

Job description

Perform polishing and finishing of moulds to ensure smooth surfaces and high-quality output.
Operate polishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect mould surfaces for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures during all polishing operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the polishing workspace.
Report any tool or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Assist in minor repairs or maintenance of polishing equipment as needed.
Collaborate with Production and Engineering departments to meet production schedules.

Job requirements

Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education, preferably in mechanical, industrial, or technical fields.
Experience in polishing, finishing, or mould handling is an advantage (preferably in toy or plastic manufacturing).
Detail-oriented, precise, and quality-focused.
Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and PPE usage
