Perform repair and maintenance of moulds to ensure they function properly and meet quality standards.
Identify and analyze mould defects or damage and carry out corrective repairs.
Use repair tools and equipment safely and according to procedures.
Conduct inspection and testing of moulds after repair before returning them to production.
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures during all repair activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mould repair area.
Report repair results, issues, and tool/equipment problems to the supervisor.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to support production schedules.
Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education, preferably in mechanical or technical fields.
Experience in mould repair, tooling, or maintenance is an advantage (preferably in toy or plastic manufacturing).
Good understanding of mould structure, repair techniques, and quality standards.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and quality-focused.
Able to work independently or under supervision.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage
