Preventive Maintenance Technician

Perform preventive maintenance activities on production machines and equipment according to schedule.
Inspect machines regularly to detect potential issues and prevent breakdowns or production downtime.
Carry out lubrication, cleaning, adjustment, and replacement of parts as part of preventive maintenance.
Assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs when machine abnormalities are found.
Record and report maintenance activities, machine conditions, and findings accurately.
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance tools and work areas.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to support smooth production operations.

Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical fields.
Experience in preventive maintenance or machine maintenance is an advantage (preferably in toy or plastic manufacturing).
Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in preventing machine failures.
Able to work independently or under supervision.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and PPE usage.
