Fixed Asset & Inventory Staff

Job description

Manage fixed assets (recording, depreciation, verification, disposal)
Monitor inventory transactions, reconciliation, and stock opname
Handle inventory valuation, variance analysis, and provision
Support WIP monitoring and cross-department coordination
Assist reporting, closing, audit, and compliance processes

Job requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field
2–5 years experience in fixed asset/inventory (manufacturing preferred)
Knowledge of asset accounting, depreciation & inventory valuation; ERP & Excel proficient
Detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work under deadlines
