Assistant Project Manager (Base in Huizhou)

All over responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction
Defining project organization and timelines as well as creating work instructions
Assignment of responsibilities in close collaboration with all project stakeholders as well as regular monitoring, checking and analysis of progress
Coordinating internal teams and sub-contractors involved in the project
Recognizing and resolving issues and problems during the project as well as verifying the achievement of milestones throughout the project
Identifying and assessing risk as well as introducing and monitoring corrective actions and solutions
Maintaining ongoing communication with the customer and acting as a link between the customer and internal departments involved in the project
Creating and presenting (status) reports and documentations, both internally and to the customer

University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other related
5+ years toy manufacturing experience, at least 1 years in project management, less experience will consider to be Senior project engineer
Self-contained working style with a high degree of personal responsibility as well as capability to work under pressure, flexibility and goal orientation;
5 days’ work and based in China
Willingness to travel internationally (mainly Vietnam and Indonesia)
Very good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial
