To address tariff and origin-of-production requirements, the company has set up a factory in Indonesia, shifting U.S. orders to Vietnam and Indonesia, while its mainland China operations focus on serving Japanese and European clients, as well as the production and R&D of high-quality collectible toys. She emphasized that Southeast Asia has become a key growth driver. Through a “China + N” strategy, GFT has successfully forged a highly resilient supply chain.
