Job description

Understand the production capacity status of internal and outsourcing plants
Ensure that production orders, material requirements and related data in the system are accurate and cleaned and organized on time
Implement advanced use of ERP system
Analyze data regularly to understand the current situation and formulate countermeasures
Develop material plans and production plans based on orders
Follow up the purchase and arrival progress according to the material plan
Timely follow-up of order production status and order data statistics
Assist the financial department to control the purchase, sale and inventory of materials
Assist the production manager to make arrangements for outbound work
Responsible for order shipment and follow-up work
Carry out follow-up and control work on logistics and delivery
Complete the work temporarily assigned by the boss

Job requirements

Educational qualifications: College degree or above;
More than 5 years of working experience in the planning department of a large toy enterprise;
Able to independently carry out the company’s production planning, material demand planning and order material control, inventory control, production and marketing coordination, production exception handling, material exception handling, etc., cargo inbound and outbound control, logistics distribution, etc.;
Proficient in operating computer office software and ERP systems
Have strong professionalism, sense of responsibility and strong execution ability.
Have good planning, organization, communication and coordination skills, and control skills;
