Reporting to the General Manager of QA
Responsible for set up, maintain and audit the quality system in factory, supplier and sub-contractor
One of the key person leading an audit team. Candidate needs to drive the quality system by executing ISO9001 and the related client quality requirement.
Set up ISO9001 system in the factory and perform internal audit to related parties.
Fulfill client system requirement by executing the related procedure in the factory and related parties
Prepare CAPA by root cause analysis, helping the factory and related parties to determine the problem and define solutions for internal and external audit
Help to develop training strategy and determine training needs in the factory. Establish training plan and continuously create and refine training material to fulfil the system requirement. Regularly and actively evaluate the effectiveness of training

Job requirements

Production and Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, College degree or any relevant academic background
Set up ISO 9001 and internal audit experience
Training experience and/or developed quality system in toy factory is added value.
Certified ISO 9001 internal auditor preferred
5 years of working experience in toys, plastics, electronics or home appliances factory. Less experience might be considered lower rank as Assistant Manager
Proficiency in using MS software (Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint…etc.);
Language ability: must communicated with Mandarin and Vietnamese. English is added value,
