Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international HSE regulations and company policies
Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
Perform risk assessments and assist in developing safe work procedures
Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure readiness of emergency equipment
Maintain accurate records and reports on safety performance, incidents, and inspections
Encourage a proactive safety culture by engaging workers and promoting safe behavior
Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and external agencies to align HSE goals
Minimum education D3 related major
Have one of the following certificates: Level A Fire Safety Certificate, Chemical Safety Certificate, Certificate of Person in Charge of Air Pollution and Wastewater Control
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, oil & gas, manufacturing]
Understand applicable K3 and environmental regulations
Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin is preferred
Work placement in Ngawi East Java
