COC Staff

• Responsible for implementing the COC (Code of Conduct) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policies of GFT Group’s factories in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with international standards such as RBA, ESCP, SMETA, etc.
• Assist in formulating and implementing internal audit plans, conduct internal audits of Vietnamese factories regularly, identify and rectify compliance risks.
• Maintain close communication with the COC team, management and external customers of each factory to ensure the effective implementation of the COC policy.
• Support and participate in COC training at the group and factory levels, and promote the understanding and implementation of COC requirements by employees of each factory.
• Collect and analyze compliance data of each factory, and assist in completing monthly and annual compliance reports.
• Respond to customer audits and external audits to ensure that the factory can successfully pass CSR-related audits.
• Assist the compliance manager in formulating compliance improvement plans and supervise the implementation of rectification measures in each factory.

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, law, business management, environmental health and safety (EHS), human resources management and other related majors are preferred.
• Work experience: 3-5 years or more of compliance, CSR, EHS or audit-related work experience, familiar with Vietnam’s local labor laws and compliance standards. Those with work experience in multinational companies or foreign-funded enterprises are preferred.
• Language requirements: fluent in Vietnamese, with good Chinese communication skills, and better English.
• Skill requirements:
  – Familiar with CSR and COC-related standards (such as RBA, ESCP, SMETA), with internal or external audit experience.
  – Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to work across cultures and promote teamwork.
  – Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to independently deal with compliance risks and emergencies.

• Adaptability: Able to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment and make irregular business trips to multiple factories in Vietnam.
