Shipping Mark Officer

Create and manage Shipping Mark labels in accordance with customer standards, export documents, and shipping instructions
Ensure that all products to be shipped are labeled with accurate shipping mark information (item code, destination, quantity, etc.)
Coordinate with the export/import, warehouse, and production teams to ensure goods are packed and labeled according to specifications
Ensure consistency between shipping documents (packing list, invoice, PO) and the attached shipping marks
Conduct quality control of labels and packaging, including layout and label materials as requested by the buyer
Maintain archives and backup files of shipping marks, in both soft copy and hard copy formats for audit purposes
Support the smooth execution of the goods delivery process, both domestic and export

Minimum education of Associate (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1)
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping, or export/import in a manufacturing company
Able to use computers and supporting software (Ms. Excel, Word, label printing tools)
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible in handling data and documents
Able to work well in a team and coordinate across departments
Understand the terms and procedures of goods shipping (domestic & export), as well as supporting documents
