In view of the fact that there have been confirmed and suspected cases in the vicinity of our company recently, we are now further strengthening the epidemic prevention measures as follows, until further notice (except Articles 3 and 10), all factories must strictly abide by:
- Any employee or his relatives and friends who have been to Da Nang or Quang Nam from 1/7/2020 or later must be isolated for 14 days;
- All employees can only move within the working area (community-based unit) and residential area (community-based unit);
- All customers, suppliers, inspectors and other non-delivery personnel are not allowed to visit. Delivery workers must disinfect their hands and take their body temperature when entering the factory, and wear masks throughout the factory. They will be refused to enter the factory (til 27/8/2020, back to normal if there is no new notice);
- When in contact with delivery workers, a social distance of 2 meters or more must be maintained;
- All employees must wear masks during work and wash hands frequently with soap;
- The workshop keeps measuring the body temperature of workers and disinfecting their hands regularly (twice a day) before starting work;
- Use disinfectant to disinfect the workshop every day;
- Disinfect all common door handles once every two hours;
- Disinfect the attendance machine three times a day;
- The shuttle bus with 29 seats can only carry 23 people at most, and those with 7 people can only carry 5 people at most (til 27/8/2020, back to normal if there is no new notice);
- Before using shuttle bus, employees must measure their body temperature, disinfect their hands and wear masks throughout the process;
- Wear face mask immediately after eating in the dining hall, and wash hands with soap before back to work position;
- Vietnamese employees need to go home immediately after get off work and do not stay for parties;
