The development of the epidemic situation in Vietnam is complex and continues to change. Therefore, the anti-epidemic measures are adjusted as follows until further notice:
1. Anyone being a potential contact of a local case (living in the same commune or having been to the place he has passed through, namely F1 to F3) needs to be home isolated for 21 days;
2. The company regards provinces without local cases for 30 consecutive days as “safe areas”;
3. All overseas employees need to stay in the factory. If necessary for business trips, the general manager needs to sign and approve the release slip;
4. All employees are urged to stay at home after work and try to avoid going out to other provinces; wear masks and wash hands frequently in daily life;
5. Suspend all foreign visitors to the factory. If necessary inspection cannot be avoided, the inspector must come to the factory from the “safe area” and provide the factory with a negative COVID-19 test report (RT-PCR technology, test fee is paid by oneself) that is valid 72 hours and fill in the GFT health declaration form (see attachment) before the visit;
6. All new employees who are not from Hai Duong Province should provide the factory with a valid negative COVID-19 test report (RT-PCR technology, est fee is paid by oneself) that is valid 72 hours and fill in the GFT health declaration form (see attachment) before the visit;
7. The security guards must measure body temperature and disinfect hands for employees entering the factory;
8. All employees must wear masks during work or when using shuttle, and wash their hands frequently with hand sanitizer;
9. The workshop keeps measuring the body temperature of workers and disinfecting their hands regularly (twice a day) before starting work;
10. The cleaner must use disinfectant to disinfect the workshop every day, disinfect all common door handles every two hours, and disinfect the fingerprint attendance machine three times a day;
11. Employee canteens need to take interval measures. Employees can only dine outside the store or canteen during meal hours, and are not allowed to gather or chat during the rest of the time;
12. Employees go home immediately after get off work, and do not stay for parties;
