EHS Manager

• Responsible for the compliance audit of factories, suppliers and subcontractors
• Responsible for connecting with consulting companies and doing compliance system certification
• Lead the compliance team, conduct regular internal audits, communicate with customers and arrange reviews, prepare relevant reports and summaries (prepare CAPA through root cause analysis, help factories and related parties identify problems and develop solutions for internal and external audits);

Formulate and implement the EHS (safety, environment, health) management system, the specific work includes but not limited to the following key tasks:

• Handle and meet the compliance requirements of the local government, different customers or regulatory agencies in terms of compliance;
• Formulation and review of EHS policies and procedures; establish an occupational safety and health system for the company according to ISO 45001 (or OHSAS 18001), and also establish an environmental management system for the company according to ISO 14001, including policy, procedures, forms, communication and training, supervision and related governance policy;
• Oversee the implementation of all applicable laws and regulations as well as internal procedures and policies;
• Compliance training for managers and employees of other departments;
• Management and filing of all relevant documents (keep up-to-date and valid);
• Responsible for assisting department supervisors to revise compliance system documents.
• Keep the company’s EHS with the latest knowledge base, and provide training for the company’s key personnel;
• Provide risk assessment for safety, environment and health, and organize improvement actions to reduce company risk;
•  

• University degree or above, major in safety engineering or environmental management is preferred;
• 3 years or above factory work experience and 5 years or above compliance/audit work experience;
• Must have ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor certificates;
• Rich knowledge of compliance standards, such as SMETA, SA 8000, IETP or RBA, etc. are preferred;
• Rich knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations;
• Experience in establishing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems and internal audits;
• Proficiency in using MS software (Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint…etc.);
• Language ability: English communication (written and oral), Chinese communication ability has value-added;
