About HR and Administration Director (Stationed at HK)

Job description

  • Oversees the overall foundation elements of HR – including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & development and Employee Relations
  • Develop a comprehensive talent management framework and devise a talent development strategy specifically tailored to particular level of employees
  • Introduce the “HR Best Practice” to different countries across the globe and ensure the localisation/ implementation goes smoothly
  • Revamp HR policies and framework on a global level, implement & align the generic policies over the globe
  • Maintain the knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to top management
  •  

Job requirements

  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 20 years of HR experience with a minimum of 10 years in managerial level
  • Candidates has regional/global experience are desired
  • Frequent travel in Asia is required
