Job description

In charge of laboratory operation, laboratory results and reports sign-off
Ensure laboratory procedures are carried out according to standards
Oversees maintenance of facilities, equipment and inventory
Test validation, review SOP
Supervise and provide training to junior staff
Undertake other duties as assigned

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above
Fluent in Putonghua and English
Independent, multi-tasking, strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving, mature and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
5 years or above experience in laboratory management
