Job description

Responsible for organizing and following up the product process from development to completion of production. (i.e. from concept, hand identification, quotation, drawing and pattern making, reproduction, car board, BOM, EP-FEP-PP-PS to post-partum meeting summary improve)
Responsible for cost control of projects within the target;
Responsible for and control the progress, review and verification of each product development stage, and solve engineering problems and risk assessment in a timely manner.
Ensure product quality, scheduling, efficiency, and cost meet company requirements from the source of the project.
Analyze and solve product technical problems and provide technical support.

Job requirements

College degree; CET-4 or above, able to communicate with customers in English on a daily basis!
More than 5 years of working experience in the plastic/alloy toy industry, proficient in plastic, alloy, electronic toys, vinyl, quotation, pattern reproduction, and BOM construction.
Proficient in product development and structural design of plastic, alloy, and electronic toys, familiar with product quotations and highly cost-conscious.
Proficient in relevant drawing software and familiar with office software.
Have a high sense of responsibility and be able to withstand corresponding work pressure.
Familiar with the operation of the toy industry and proficient in various toy production processes, equipment and problem solving.
