Comprehensively coordinate and handle customer complaints about product quality issues, handle customer inquiries, and track and record. Analyze the reasons.
Assist in the establishment and optimization of quality management systems, as well as training and guidance on process specifications
Coach and monitor the project process, provide consultation and guidance for the implementation of project process specifications and quality requirements, and make effective records
Regularly perform process audits, objectively evaluate the conformity and effectiveness of the development process and results with the organization’s standard procedures, and track and handle non-conforming items.
Collect, summarize and analyze measurement data of product and service quality, keenly discover the underlying causes, and promote continuous improvement of quality.
For quality assurance of all products, always pay attention to every quality condition to ensure that the products provided to customers are reliable and stable. The products are perfect.
Participate in the construction of process management system, propose improvement suggestions, cooperate with the improvement of process specifications and implement promotion
Responsible for the product quality assurance work of the technical department, and guide project team members to implement according to specifications
Responsible for investigating quality incidents and problem resolution, and tracking the resolution of quality incidents
Collect measurement data during project execution and analyze project execution status
Regularly complete weekly project progress reports and monthly QA work reports.
Complete project management related work assigned by department leaders

Job requirements

Bachelor degree or above, graduate in computer or related management major
Have more than 5 years of working experience in the large-scale toy industry, and be familiar with plastic and alloy products and technologies
Familiar with international toy standards, laboratory ISO17025 operations, QC tools, 8D reports, and ISO9001 models;
Understand the knowledge of toy engineering, development knowledge, industry background knowledge, mathematical statistics knowledge, project management knowledge, quality management knowledge, etc.
Have good communication and coordination skills and good quality management experience
