Job description

Responsible for addressing and resolving technical issues related to products and coatings raised by customers.
Responsible for upgrading the company’s toy products and developing new products.
Provide guidance and in-depth technical training for engineers and testing staff when encountering difficult problems.
Provide technical training for paint warehouse staff.
Arrange pre-order paint purchases according to the order schedule and regularly clean up the paint warehouse.
Use paint mixing formulas reasonably to reduce paint inventory and costs.
Ensure stable supply of paint without affecting production.
Ensure the safety of paint warehouse assets.

Job requirements

Education/Field of Study: Graduated from college or higher, with a major related to chemistry, such as polymer materials, chemical refining, applied chemistry, etc.
Work Experience: At least 4 years of experience in technical management of paint warehouses in the toy industry.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding the toy product development process for plastic or metal toys, capable of independently formulating formulas and having good practical skills.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and testing.
Personal Qualities:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to learn, analyze, and present in training activities.
