Job description

Manage production, product quality management, equipment maintenance, and upkeep. Clearly understand product inspection processes and performance testing methods. Ability to read blueprints and create prototypes independently.
Familiar with the technology and production processes of spray painting, oil spraying, and pad printing for plastic toys, and capable of adjusting manual spray painting and oil spraying equipment.
Responsible for production planning according to the production schedule, reasonably assigning tasks to improve work efficiency. Independently solve technical production issues. Organize production rationally, develop production processes, analyze costs, and manage lean production with the goal of minimizing costs.
Enhance supervision of the production plan implementation, promptly addressing issues arising during the production process.
Reasonably arrange daily production tasks, monitor, and supervise the entire production process of workers in the department.
Compile and summarize production data, organize regular production meetings, and summarize production status. Review regular production reports, analyze factors such as human resources, machinery, materials, environment, and methods based on on-site production management, improve production processes, enhance management efficiency, and ensure stable quality.
Proficient in operating the ISO9000 quality management system and internal quality system evaluation work, proficiently implement 5S activities, analyze, and propose timely improvement measures.
Responsible for organizing production materials and controlling material losses, reducing cost wastage in production. Plan production for different stages within the department, organize technical teams to meet production and quality requirements, ensure quality targets are met, and address key considerations during production.
Responsible for establishing the performance management system and related regulations for the department, planning and scheduling performance evaluations for subordinate teams, monitoring data collection and analysis, and summarizing performance results. Improve performance for underperforming employees, promote goal achievement, provide guidance and skill improvement, and conduct performance skills training until standards are met.

Job requirements

Educational level from high school or above, with 5 years of management experience in the plastic toy field, spray painting workshops, or pad printing workshops, preferably with experience working with automatic spray painting production lines.
Thorough understanding of control processes and management planning in production activities.
Deep knowledge of spray painting production processes, pad printing processes, operational procedures, and production principles.
Proficient in the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment related to spray painting and pad printing; preference for candidates who can repair molds, spray guns, create spray painting molds, and adjust paint.
Strong planning, organizing, and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, judgment, and adaptability skills.
