Educational level from high school or above, with 5 years of management experience in the plastic toy field, spray painting workshops, or pad printing workshops, preferably with experience working with automatic spray painting production lines.
Thorough understanding of control processes and management planning in production activities.
Deep knowledge of spray painting production processes, pad printing processes, operational procedures, and production principles.
Proficient in the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment related to spray painting and pad printing; preference for candidates who can repair molds, spray guns, create spray painting molds, and adjust paint.
Strong planning, organizing, and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, judgment, and adaptability skills.
All recruitment follows the standards of the department head, and after joining the factory, work will be assigned based on individual capabilities.
