Collaborate with Engineering Team, Production Team, Quality Team, Business Team, and Lean Team
Engineering Team: Involved in the entire process of new products from design to mass production. Solves manufacturability issues during the DFMEA stage, sets standard process times and production targets, and is responsible for the manufacturing of jigs and fixtures and production process flows.
Production Team: Resolves daily production process abnormalities, responsible for equipment setup, and collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, Business, and Lean teams for maintenance.
Quality Team: Assists in yield loss analysis and supports quality improvement initiatives.
Business & Lean Team: Collects raw data from production, provides production cost analysis for business decisions, and offers performance data to drive improvements.
Develops and optimizes assembly and packaging manufacturing processes, focusing on lean production, identifying production bottlenecks, and designing/improving jigs and fixtures to enhance yield and efficiency.
Establishes Standard Operating Procedures for secondary manufacturing processes to ensure process consistency.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Uses production data (e.g., OEE, OPE, Yield Reports) to drive production efficiency improvements and cost savings.
Production Efficiency Improvement: Improves line balance rate, optimizes process cycle time, and deploys jigs and fixtures.
Cost Control: Reduces material waste, equipment downtime losses, and operator losses.
New Process Development: Evaluates standard time and production targets, and introduces new technologies.
Equipment Selection & Validation: Participates in defining new equipment specifications, procurement, testing, and ensures compliance with process requirements.
Automation & Digitalization Promotion: Promotes production line automation and upgrades, and applies MES systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Process & Production Engineering, with at least 3 years in engineering team management.
Possesses experience in driving production improvement and lean improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Proficient in English. Experience in a toy factory is highly preferred
Must be based in Vietnam.
