Continuously update compliance standards and documents of all group companies
Responsible for compliance audits of factories, suppliers, and subcontractors
Responsible for liaising with consulting companies to carry out compliance management system certification
Lead the compliance team, conduct regular internal audits, communicate with customers and arrange audits, prepare relevant reports and summaries (prepare CAPA through root cause analysis, assist factories and related parties in identifying issues and developing solutions for internal and external audits)
Handle and meet compliance requirements from local governments, different customers, or regulatory authorities
Development and review of EHS policies and procedures; establish an occupational health and safety management system for the company in accordance with ISO 45001 (or OHSAS 18001), and establish an environmental management system for the company in accordance with ISO 14001, including policies, procedures, forms, communication and training, supervision, and related governance systems
Supervise the implementation of all applicable laws and regulations as well as internal procedures and policies
Manage compliance training for management personnel and employees of other departments
Manage (keep updated and effective) and archive all relevant company documents
Responsible for assisting department leaders in revising compliance system documents
Maintain the company’s EHS knowledge base and provide training for key company personnel
Provide risk assessments for safety, environment, and health, and organize improvement actions to reduce company risks
Directly report to Group Human Resources General Manager
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Safety Engineering or Environmental Management
At least 3 years of factory working experience and 5 years or above of compliance/audit working experience
Must possess ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor certificates
Strong knowledge of compliance standards, such as SMETA, SA 8000, IETP or RBA is preferred
Experience in establishing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems and conducting internal audits
Proficient in MS software (Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Language skills: In addition to Chinese, good English communication skills are required (both written and spoken)
