Import materials purchasing engineer

Imported Materials Purchasing Engineer (Chinese)

• Responsible for the import, proofing, pricing, PO delivery and quality abnormality handling of all imported production materials and non-production materials suppliers;
• Familiar with toy factory packaging materials, such as cartons, color boxes, labels and other packaging materials;
• Sort out the best import supply chain route;
• Responsible for daily docking with overseas suppliers, controlling the cost, quality and delivery of materials;
• Responsible for supplier cost analysis, management and achieving quarterly/annual cost reduction goals;
• Responsible for continuous optimization of the supply chain, including but not limited to cost/quality/delivery/payment cycle/LT, etc.;
• Handling of delivery abnormalities, feed quality, quantity and various abnormalities;
• Other matters assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above; proficient in office software and ERP system;
• More than 5 years of experience in import material procurement;
• Proficient in written and spoken English;
• Familiar with import and export customs declaration and transportation knowledge, and have unique insights into procurement cost control;
• Good communication and coordination skills, stress resistance, and efficient execution;
• Good professional ethics;
• Those with toy factory or overseas work experience are preferred
