Learning & Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to join our corporate HR department. The L&D Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees across our factories in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs.
• Manage COOC platform and organize management members to design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Manage budgets and relationships with external vendors and consultants.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of effective learning and development Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stationed at Vietnam, Hai Duong
• Ability to travel to our factories in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia as needed.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in toy manufacturing.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM).
