Receive, verify, and input orders into the system
Ensure order data is accurate and complete
Monitor order status from production to delivery, ensure timeliness and completeness of documents
Provide order status updates, handle questions and complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and PMC to ensure product specifications and schedules are met
Prepare order status reports and analyze data for evaluation and future demand planning
Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales, order processing, or customer service, especially in the Manufacturing Industry
Have English language skills (spoken and written). Mandarin is preferred
Communicative and able to establish good working relationships with internal and external teams
Work placement in Ngawi, East Java
