Purchasing Staff

Location: GFT INDONESIA
Department: Purchasing

Job description

Understand the needs of goods and services from various departments;
Analyze and compare various vendors/suppliers;
Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO);
Monitor the goods delivery process to ensure it is in accordance with the schedule;
Prepare company purchasing and expenditure reports;
Coordinate with other departments to ensure their needs are met.

Job requirements

Minimum education D3/S1 in relevant fields;
Have a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience on procurement field;
Familiar with ERP systems especially Microsoft Dynamics 365;
Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin is preferred;
Work placement in Ngawi East Java.
