Review raw physical and electronic test data and reports of toys and electrical products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Evaluate data compliance according to international standards such as EN 62115, ASTM F963, EN71, etc
Analyze trends in abnormal test results and propose technical improvement suggestions
Assist in maintaining ISO/IEC 17025 testing procedures and quality documentation

Supervise the standardization, digitization, and traceability of data recording processes
Provide professional training to test engineers on data recording, result interpretation, and standard application
Complete project management tasks assigned by department leaders
College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Electronics, or related fields
Over 3 years of working experience in large-scale toy industry, familiar with testing of electronic, plastic, and alloy products
Priority given to candidates with experience in international toy brands such as Mattel or Hasbro
Solid knowledge of international toy safety standards and electrical testing, with a strong focus on low-voltage circuits, functional safety, and abuse testing;Knowledge of calibration status of various test instruments and data integrity management requirements
Familiar with calibration status and data integrity management requirements for various testing instruments, ensuring accuracy and traceability of test data
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel (Power Query, advanced functions) and Minitab for result comparison and deviation analysis
In-depth understanding of the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system, with hands-on experience in implementation, maintenance, and internal audits
Strong ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English, with the capability to interpret and apply international testing standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to deliver high-quality results in a multitasking and fast-paced environment;
Basic proficiency in Chinese for simple verbal and written communication
