The System Application Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with the
maintenance and support of the ERP systems at our GFTI factory. This role involves troubleshooting user inquiries, ensuring smooth system operations, and providing timely assistance to users.

Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the GFTI factory’s information systems.

Address and resolve user issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions.

Assist in system upgrades, testing, and improvements.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese.
• Proficiency in office software and standard IT tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in a factory setting and/or system maintenance is highly preferred.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
