Senior Project Manager

Lead and monitor a team of engineers to participate in product development and managing of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction
Assignment of responsibilities in close collaboration with all project stakeholders as well as regular monitoring, checking and analysis of progress
Coordinating internal teams and sub-contractors involved in the project
Recognizing and resolving issues and problems during the project as well as verifying the achievement of milestones throughout the project
Identifying and assessing risk as well as introducing and monitoring corrective actions and solutions
Maintaining ongoing communication with the customer and acting as a link between the customer and internal departments involved in the project
Creating and presenting (status) reports and documentations, both internally and to the customer

University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other related
10+ years toy manufacturing experience, at least 5 years in project management.
Self-contained working style with a high degree of personal responsibility as well as capability to work under pressure, flexibility and goal orientation
Good knowledge in products designs and assembly processes
Fluent in English and good command in Mandarin
 Station in Hai Phong Vietnam, travel to China and Indonesia is required.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager.

• Support Internal Audit Manager in communication with all the departments.
• Support Internal Audit Manager in IT audit planning for all the factories in VN, China, and Indonesia.
• Support Internal Audit Manager in conducting audit engagements and following up the business functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Other tasks assigned by Internal Audit Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or Data Security. A Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent command of Chinese and English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Experience working in the manufacturing field is a plus.
