Interpreting spoken Mandarin to Indonesia language and vice versa in real time
Listening to a speaker, taking notes if necessary, and then translating speech
Translate documents such as procedures, work instructions, agreements, etc.
Assisting in meetings, negotiations, and business trips.
Ensuring that all interpreted conversations remain private and secure, especially in sensitive settings

Proficient in Mandarin with a minimum of HSK 4 or higher.
Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian both spoken and written.
Experience in translation or interpretation for at least 1 year (preferably with experience in manufacturing industry).
Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of concentration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in operating office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
Work placement in Ngawi East Java

• Support Internal Audit Manager in communication with all the departments.
• Support Internal Audit Manager in IT audit planning for all the factories in VN, China, and Indonesia.
• Support Internal Audit Manager in conducting audit engagements and following up the business functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Other tasks assigned by Internal Audit Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or Data Security. A Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent command of Chinese and English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Experience working in the manufacturing field is a plus.
