Process employee payroll accurately and on time based on company policies and applicable regulations
Maintain and update payroll records, employee attendance, and overtime data
Calculate salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes, and other compensation components
Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and company regulations
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and external parties (e.g., tax offices, social security agencies)
Handle employee inquiries related to salary, payslips, and tax documentation (e.g., annual tax report)
Support audits and provide necessary payroll documentation when needed
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in payroll processing (typically 1–3 years is preferred)
Familiar with payroll systems/software and Microsoft Excel
Good understanding of labor law, tax regulations, and payroll procedures
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data
