QC Injection Leader/Foreman

Job description

Ensure all quality inspection processes on injection products run according to standards
Supervise inspections of incoming materials, in-process checks, and final inspections
Perform root cause analysis on product non-conformities
Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
Provide training to team members on inspection methods and quality standards
Support internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings

Job requirements

Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control, especially in the injection molding process
Experience as a QC leader/supervisor is preferred
Understand the injection molding process and machine parameters
Able to lead a QC team and manage inspection and sampling schedules
