Manage, implement, and maintain the company’s ERP system.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules based on business needs.
Provide functional and technical support to ERP users.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams, including international stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
Conduct user training on ERP system usage.
Ensure smooth integration between the ERP system and other applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ERP system implementation or support (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar).
Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Able to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
