Leader Polishing

Lead the Polishing Mould team to ensure mould surface quality meets standards.
Organize work schedules and task assignments for team members.
Monitor and ensure the polishing process runs efficiently and on time.
Ensure the proper use of polishing tools and materials according to procedures.
Conduct quality inspections of polished moulds before they are used in production.
Provide training and guidance to new team members or those who need support.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments regarding mould requirements and repairs.
Identify production or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on team productivity, quality, and challenges.

Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education, preferably in a technical or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mould polishing or finishing (preferably in a toy or plastic manufacturing environment).
Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
Good understanding of polishing and finishing processes as well as mould quality standards.
Strong communication skills.
