Design and maintain the Group’s compensation and benefits philosophy, ensuring alignment with market practices, business goals, and social responsibility standards.
Develop and update policies on salary structure, job grading, incentive schemes, and allowances across different countries.
Provide recommendations to leadership (CEO, COO, CFO, HRD) on C&B strategies that balance competitiveness with cost efficiency.
Lead the Group’s annual salary review process, including budget allocation, guidelines, and reporting.
Develop and manage job grading structures for both direct production (blue-collar) and non-production (white-collar/professional) employees.
Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and internal equity analysis to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Partner with Finance to monitor labor cost, payroll budget, and long-term workforce cost projections.
Design and oversee Group-wide benefits programs (insurance, allowances, leave policies, recognition schemes, etc.), ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with benefits vendors and insurance providers.
Support factories in implementing locally adapted yet Group-consistent benefits programs.
Build C&B analytics and dashboards to track compensation costs, overtime, benefits utilization, and productivity indicators.
Prepare reports for senior management and the Board on workforce cost, competitiveness, and ROI of C&B programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other jurisdictions.
Develop internal controls, processes, and audits for salary, bonus, and benefit administration.
Provide guidance and training to HR managers in factories on C&B policies and practices.
Act as Group subject matter expert (SME) for all C&B matters, supporting both operational HR and top management.
Collaborate with Talent Management, Performance Management, and HRIS teams to align C&B with broader HR strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on C&B; multinational manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits design, and market benchmarking across Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, China experience is a plus).
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions with cultural sensitivity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRM systems.
