Conduct production process analysis to improve efficiency and productivity.
Perform time studies and work measurement as a basis for setting work standards.
Create and evaluate line balancing to ensure balanced workload.
Analyze manpower planning and workforce needs.
Identify and propose continuous improvements (cost, quality, delivery, safety).
Prepare reports and presentations of analysis results for supervisors/management.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and improvement projects.
Coordinate with related departments (Production, QA, HR, Maintenance).
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering; experience in toy manufacturing is preferred.
Understand concepts of time study, motion study, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
Able to perform process analysis, production layout, and workflow analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis); knowledge of Industrial Engineering software is a plus.
Possess strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Detail-oriented, communicative, and accustomed to working with targets.
Able to communicate in Mandarin.
