Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs.
Manage COOC platform and organize management members to design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions.
Assess individual and organizational development needs.
Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
Manage budgets and relationships with external vendors and consultants.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Stationed at Vietnam, Hai Duong
Ability to travel to our factories in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia as needed
Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in toy manufacturing.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM).
