Automated demand identification and planning:
• Assist each branch company in identifying automation opportunities and improvement needs in production, logistics, inspection and other links
• Organize on-site research, analyze labor costs, production capacity bottlenecks, and quality risks, and form an automated demand list
• Participate in or lead the feasibility analysis of automation projects (technology, return on investment (ROI), implementation risk)
• Formulate annual/medium – to long-term automation promotion plans and roadmaps
Automation solution formulation and technical review:
• Based on business requirements, formulate an overall technical solution for automation (equipment selection, process flow, cycle time, layout, etc.)
• Review and evaluate the feasibility, stability, scalability and security of the automation solution
• Provide professional technical support in mechanical structure, process realization and equipment integration
• Coordinate relevant departments such as production, process, quality and IT to ensure that the plan matches the actual operational requirements
Supplier Management:
• Establish and maintain a resource pool of automation equipment and system integrators
• Organize technical exchanges with suppliers, solution comparisons, and technical and business reviews
• Participate in or lead the selection decision-making of suppliers to ensure cost performance, delivery capacity and service level
• Be responsible for the performance evaluation of suppliers and the management of long-term cooperative relationships
Automation Project Management and promotion:
•As the project leader or core member, coordinate the entire life cycle management of the automation project
• Develop project plans (schedule, resources, costs, risks) and drive their implementation
•Follow up on key nodes such as project design, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, going online and acceptance
•Coordinate communication between the headquarters, branches and suppliers, and solve project problems in a timely manner
•Ensure that the project is delivered on schedule, with quality and at cost
Project acceptance and delivery management:
•Organize the technical acceptance and performance acceptance of automation projects
•Ensure that the equipment meets the design specifications, cycle time, stability and safety requirements
•Follow up on the delivery of documents (drawings, programs, operation and maintenance manuals)
•Promote the official transfer of the project to the production and maintenance team of the branch company
Standardization and continuous improvement:
•Summarize the experience of automation projects and promote the standardization of technical standards, design specifications and implementation processes
•Establish automated project management processes, templates and best practices
•Promote the replication and popularization of mature automation solutions in different branches.
