Lead the Preventive Maintenance (PM) team to ensure all production machines and equipment are in optimal condition.
Develop routine maintenance schedules and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on time.
Monitor the condition of machines and equipment to prevent breakdowns and production downtime.
Coordinate urgent repairs (breakdowns) and ensure machines are returned to operation as quickly as possible.
Ensure proper use of maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials according to procedures.
Provide training and guidance to new team members or those needing support.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments regarding maintenance and repair needs.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on preventive maintenance activities, challenges, and team performance.
Identify opportunities for machine improvement and efficiency to support productivity.
Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, particularly preventive maintenance (preferably in toy or plastic manufacturing).
Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
Good understanding of preventive maintenance processes, machine troubleshooting, and safety standards.
Strong communication skills.
