COSTING STAFF - FINANCE

Job description

Manage product costing (standard & actual) and variance analysis
Monitor inventory, WIP, and production cost transactions
Support budgeting, cost control, and efficiency analysis
Assist month-end closing, reporting, and ERP updates
Ensure compliance, documentation, and audit support

Job requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in costing/manufacturing accounting (fresh graduates welcome for junior roles)
Understanding of manufacturing costing (BOM, routing, standard vs actual cost, WIP)
Experience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and strong Excel skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, good communication skills, and willing to work on the factory floor when needed
