Liaise with banks in Mainland China, handling general documentation, loan-related matters, and transaction activities
Manage online banking transfers and payments for entities in China, Hong Kong, and overseas, and submit for authorized approval
In accordance with PRC Accounting Standards, assist in accounting processes including but not limited to revenue, cost, expenses, taxation, assets, and intercompany balances; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and support audits on time
Perform budget tracking and financial analysis to support business decision-making
Support optimization of financial policies and business processes, and assist in implementation and improvement of internal controls
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields. Basic English communication skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years of treasury/finance experience in a corporate environment. Banking experience is preferred
Professional Skills: Familiar with banking operations including loans, payments, and e-banking
Good knowledge of PRC accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficient in at least one mainstream financial system (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee, SAP) Strong Excel and data processing skills
Certification: Junior accounting certificate or above required; intermediate level or CPA is preferred
Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work under pressure
