Assembly & Packaging

At the more than 250 assembly lines, experienced operators complete the fabrication and packing of individual toys with precision and strict quality control. We also have advanced production technologies such as automatic production lines, hair rooting, and automatic SMT production lines to meet the product requirements of different customers.

Automatic screwing machines, ultrasonic cleaners, packaging machines, and semi-automatic jigs are adopted in our assembling and packaging processes, improving the reliability and efficiency of the production process.

We plan to further expand our production capacity and improve our production efficiency primarily through the continuous implementation of automation in our assembly lines.

Our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) – Data collected from the MES are analysed to minimise machine downtime and our production lines can be adjusted accordingly. Hence, the MES allows us to improve the efficiency of resource allocation by minimising machine downtime.
