Capabilities

Injection Molding

Injection molding workshops in Vietnam are equipped with more than 550 modern injection machines for high-volume output of plastic parts.

Metal Die Casting

High-volume production of die cast metal toys and parts includes integrated workshops for die casting, automated coating, decoration and assembly.

Spray Painting & Pad Printing

Molded plastic toy parts are decorated in substantial workshops outfitted with modern pad printing machines, manual and automated spray booths, and intricate hand-applied paint.

Product assembly

At the more than 200 assembly lines, experienced operators complete the fabrication and packing of individual toys with precision and strict quality control.

Carton & Packaging production

​In-house workshops produce customised blister and vacuum form packaging, from  fabricating cardboard shipping cartons to producing 4-colour packaging boxes.
