Responsible for end-to-end project ownership: concept-to-mass-production, delivery, and post-launch support
Strong commercial skills: pricing, margin management, cost-breakdown, and negotiation with customers and suppliers
Technical understanding and knowledge of engineering, materials, tooling and production processes is definitely advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business or related field preferred
Min. 3 years in the toy industry with strong OEM/ODM manufacturing exposure. More experience can be the senior or higher.
Proven sales and account-management background with a track record of winning and growing key accounts
Basic knowledge of global toy safety standards and certifications (e.g., EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, REACH) is definitely advantage.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems etc.
Ability to travel frequently within China, Vietnam and Indonesia etc.
5days work in China, occasionally travel to Vietnam
Have good experience on handling Model Train,Transformers or collectible items will have great advantage, and can be the team leader.
