Director – IT (Based in Vietnam)

Direct Strategic Oversight: Align regional IT infrastructure, policies, and tech strategies with corporate manufacturing and efficiency goals.
Vendor & Consultant Management: Actively monitor, audit, and evaluate the performance of our outsourced IT service teams and external ERP consultants.
ERP Optimization & Governance: Overhaul and govern data workflows within the corporate ERP environment; supervise internal staff inputs to ensure rigorous data fidelity, reporting accuracy, and end-to-end multi-facility traceability.
Cross-Border Leadership: Seamlessly coordinate IT standards and systems across our production nodes in Vietnam and Indonesia, and corporate hubs in HK and China.

Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a closely related technical field. A relevant Master’s Degree or an MBA with a technology focus is highly advantageous.
Technical Certifications: Professional certifications in enterprise architecture, project management, or system governance (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT, or specialized ERP certifications) are strongly preferred.
Background & Language: Preferred Chinese origin (from Mainland or Hong Kong) with native or fluent Mandarin and business-fluent English to communicate fluidly across regional leadership and local operational teams.
Core Technical Expertise: Profound proficiency in industrial IT environments, network architecture, and complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) deployments.
Preferred System Experience: Deep, comprehensive knowledge across all core modules of an enterprise ERP system; prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
Leadership Profile: Proven track record in a Director or senior managerial IT role within a large-scale manufacturing environment (electronics, toys, or consumer goods preferred).”
