Proe Handboard Modeling Engineer

Create 3D prototype models and product structures using Pro/ENGINEER (Pro/E) or Creo based on product drawings, sketches, and reference samples, ensuring accurate reproduction of product appearance and internal structure.
Optimize prototype structures, perform assembly design and interference checks, and resolve structural and assembly issues to ensure the models meet prototype manufacturing standards.
Prepare models for prototype manufacturing, including part splitting, hollowing, wall thickness adjustment, chamfer optimization, and other modifications suitable for CNC machining, 3D printing, and silicone vacuum casting.
Generate production files in STP, IGS, STL and other required formats, follow up prototype manufacturing, and revise models according to production feedback.
Maintain project drawings and 3D model files, manage version control, coordinate with customers and production teams, and ensure smooth project execution.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Pro/E prototype modeling, preferably for toy prototypes.
Proficient in creating 3D models from 2D drawings, experienced in product structure design, part splitting, reverse engineering, digitized model reconstruction, parting line creation, and mold release optimization.
Proficient in Pro/ENGINEER (Pro/E) or Creo, with strong skills in parametric modeling, surface modeling, and assembly modeling. Familiar with standardized modeling practices and logical structural design.
Familiar with prototype manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, 3D printing, and silicone vacuum casting, and understands modeling considerations for each process.
