Commercial Project Manager （Based in Hong Kong）

Job description

Responsible for end-to-end project ownership: concept-to-mass-production, delivery, and post-launch support.
Strong commercial skills: pricing, margin management, cost-breakdown, and negotiation with customers and suppliers.
Technical understanding and knowledge of engineering, materials, tooling and production processes is definitely advantage.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the toy industry with strong OEM/ODM manufacturing exposure.
Proven sales and account-management background with a track record of winning and growing key accounts.
Basic knowledge of global toy safety standards and certifications (e.g., EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, REACH) is definitely advantage.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems etc.
Ability to travel frequently within China, Vietnam and Indonesia etc.
