Job description

Formulate the work plan, improvement goals and daily work progress control of the purchasing department.
Optimize the procurement process, improve procurement efficiency, reduce procurement costs, and improve procurement quality.
Formulate department and supplier’s performance appraisals and establish assessment plans.
Construct a procurement price system, classify and manage suppliers, strengthen management, and improve procurement quality.
Formulate supplier development plans and follow up on development progress.
Develop a supplier assessment mechanism and establish an assessment plan.
Organize training for purchasing personnel to improve business capabilities.
Cooperate with internal auditors to conduct departmental system review work.
Lead the procurement team to achieve the company’s procurement goals.
Ensure Purchasing data accuracy in ERP system.

Basic Skills and Qualities

Be familiar with the performance characteristics, technical standards, prices and market conditions of main materials such as electronic materials, hardware, and packaging materials for toy products.
Familiar with supplier development and management and have certain supplier resources.
Strong negotiation and pressure resistance, good language expression and communication skills”
