Job description

Correctly grasp the market:

  • Regularly organize market research, collect market information, and analyze market trends, characteristics and development trends.
  • Collect information about products, grasp product market dynamics, analyze sales and market competition development, and propose improvement plans and measures.
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing and summarizing customer information, and conducting a thorough analysis of the customer base.

Determine sales strategies, establish sales targets, and formulate sales plans:

  • To complete the sales tasks assigned by the company, determine sales targets and formulate sales plans.
  • Supervise the implementation of the plan and provide timely feedback on sales progress to the general manager.
  • Develop an execution system and monitor execution results.

Management of sales activities:

  • Develop sales management systems and working procedures and supervise their implementation.
  • Organization, training and assessment of sales department personnel.
  • Reflect customers’ opinions and suggestions objectively and timely, and continuously improve work.

Job requirements

  • Education requirements: College degree or above;
  • Import and export professional qualifications are preferred.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing , with strong language expression, communication and negotiation skills
  • More than 5 years of working experience in the sales department of a large multinational toy company
  • Familiar with shipping (Planning, Billing, local payment, CO check and etc. ) and customs declaration process
