Senior System Application Consultant

A Senior Systems Application Consultant performs internal application and on-line systems support. Need to do the plan, design, and implement new workflows, perform UAT in compliance with company guidelines. Need to identify and manage application issues to offer suggestions for system improvement to the management.

A Senior Systems Applications Consultant performs some or all the following duties:

• Working collaboratively with technical lead, project manager and business users during the phases of requirement, design, and development to ensure quality of deliverables and service.
• Performing system design, analysis (including customization, interfaces, functions, and reporting), development testing, user training and new features release.
• Provide support and problem resolution; collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues where appropriate.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Physics/Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Professional Qualification

• At least 2 years IT working related experience in a Manufacturing Industry.
• ERP or Dynamics AX ERP implementation experience is a plus factor but not requisite.
• Microsoft AX Certifications is preferable.
• Good knowledge in MS-Windows, programming, MS-Office
