Efine business development & sales strategy together with CEO;
Dentify both short- and long-term sales direction & business
opportunities to develop strategic expansion plan;
Drive and support sales activities strategically;
Uild the key interface to the business group;
Oordinate intra-company relative projects;
Drive the implementation of Sales Target specific CRM methods and
tools in the organization (e.g. best practice sharing, process improvement);
Anage all assigned Account activities, including WIP status, yield rate,
etc., to assist with on time delivery and continuous improvement;
Lead person on customer audits and visits.
Degree holder in Engineering; MBA qualification preferable;
Hand-on hunting experience; with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in toys & related products preferred;
Previous track record in business development and sales function, highly driven to targets and results in order to cope with the company’s fast-growing pace;
Solid Sales operational management experience with P/L accountability gained from sizeable toys companies;
Possess a strong business sense to comprehend market situation and provide insightful Sales direction;
Strong leadership skills including motivating, influencing and negotiating;
A self-assured and versatile leader with strong drive for success in a team orientated culture;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is desirable
